I need a new goddamn phone. The one I have currently I inherited from my mom, and it's 5 or 6 years old already. And it's starting to act up, in a bad way. So I need to go to a verizon store and see if I can get a free upgrade dealy.

Otherwise, I did nothing but make art all weekend. I made two small dolls and started a large watercolor painting. It was the calm before the storm that awaits this semester. I have a feeling it's going to go by very fast. I have a art historical thesis to work on, not to mention a strong body of work that's going to eventually lead into a thesis. Considering that I'm only taking one studio class, I need to really make it count. My goal is to be as prolific as possible, and make lots of small things along with a few large pieces.

I'm a bit scared of showing my drawings and stuff to my teachers still. Hopefully I'll get to talk to Martha on tuesday (if I can steal her from her juniors) and get some feedback from my peers too.

Also...it is my goal now (that our oven is functional again) to create a sleepy pie. A pie that would make you fuzzy and sleepy.
